Finding the perfect fit should be stress-free. If you’re unsure about sizing or which styles suit you best, we offer Try-On Sessions.

Choose up to 10 clothing pieces you’d like to try on during your appointment. Our team will help you find the perfect fit and style before you reserve your final look.

Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll complete your reservation during checkout. At that time, you’ll pay the rental fee and the refundable security deposit to secure your booking.

2. Reservation Confirmation

Once your reservation is placed, we’ll review your order and send you a confirmation email with all the details. If we need any additional information, we’ll contact you directly.

3. Pick Up Your Rental

All rentals are picked up at our store during your scheduled pickup time.

To ensure your order is carefully inspected, steamed, and prepared for you, we kindly ask that you arrive no more than 30 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. This allows us to have your rental ready and presented in its best condition.

If you’re running late or need to reschedule your pickup, please contact us as soon as possible so we can accommodate your request.

4. Wear & Enjoy

Enjoy your special occasion in confidence. Please treat every garment with care and avoid permanent alterations, excessive stains, burns, tears, or other damage beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Return Your Rental

Please return your rental by the agreed return date and time.

Return at Our Store

Bring your rental back to our store during your scheduled return time. Please ensure all garments and accessories are returned in the same condition they were received.

Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit is required with every rental to help protect our garments. Once your rental is returned in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear, your deposit will be fully refunded.

If an item is returned with excessive stains, tears, burns, missing parts, or other damage beyond normal wear and tear, the repair or replacement cost may be deducted from the security deposit in accordance with our Rental Terms & Conditions.

Late Returns

To ensure every customer receives their reservation on time, please return your rental by the scheduled return date and time.

• A late fee of 20% of the rental fee will be charged for each hour the rental is returned late.
• If a rental is more than 24 hours overdue without prior notice and we are unable to reach you, the security deposit will become non-refundable.
