1. Rental Period

• The rental period begins on the scheduled pickup, delivery, or shipping date and ends on the agreed return date and time.
• Rental items must be returned by the agreed return time. Late returns are subject to the Late Return Policy below.

2. Reservations & Payment

• Full rental payment and the required security deposit must be paid to confirm a reservation.
• Reservations are not guaranteed until payment has been received.
• Rental fees are non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy.
• The rental fee includes standard professional cleaning only. Additional charges may apply for excessive soiling, stains, odors, or any cleaning beyond normal professional garment care.

3. Security Deposit

• A refundable security deposit is required for every rental.
• The deposit will be refunded after the garment has been inspected and found to be in its original condition, excluding normal wear and tear.
• Costs for repairs, specialized cleaning, or damage beyond normal wear and tear may be deducted from the security deposit.
• If the garment is deemed beyond repair or can no longer be rented, the customer will forfeit the full security deposit and rental fee. Ownership of the damaged garment will be transferred to the customer.

4. Condition of Rental Items

Customers agree to return all rental items in the same condition they were received, excluding normal wear and tear.

Additional charges may apply for, but are not limited to:

• Permanent stains or spills
• Tears, rips, holes, or cuts
• Burn marks
• Missing buttons, zippers, belts, or accessories
• Missing beads, sequins, lace, or embellishments
• Excessive dirt, odors, makeup, glitter, or pet hair requiring specialized cleaning
• Any damage that reduces the value or future rental use of the garment

5. Cleaning

• Do not wash, dry clean, bleach, steam, or alter the garment unless instructed by Renteé Clothing.
• All garments are professionally cleaned by Renteé Clothing after each rental.

6. Alterations

• Permanent alterations of any kind are strictly prohibited.
• Do not cut, hem, glue, dye, or permanently pin any rental item.
• Temporary fashion tape or removable clips may be used provided they do not damage the garment.

7. Late Return Policy

• Rental items must be returned by the agreed return time.
• A late fee equal to 20% of the rental price for each hour past the agreed return time will be charged.
• If an item is more than 24 hours late, and the customer has not contacted Renteé Clothing or cannot be reached, the security deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
• If the item is not returned after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, Renteé Clothing reserves the right to charge the full replacement value of the garment and pursue any additional remedies permitted by law.

8. Loss or Non-Return

• If a rental item is lost, stolen, or not returned, the customer is responsible for the full replacement value of the item, in addition to any applicable rental charges.

9. Fitting & Inspection

• Customers are responsible for inspecting all rental items upon pickup or delivery.
• Any concerns regarding the condition, fit, or existing damage must be reported before the item is worn. Claims made after the garment has been worn may not be accepted.

10. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 5 or more days before the scheduled pickup or delivery date are eligible for a full refund of the rental fee and security deposit.
• Cancellations made within 5 days of the scheduled rental date are non-refundable, as the garment has been reserved exclusively for you.
• Rescheduling requests are subject to garment availability and approval by Renteé Clothing.

11. Liability

• Renteé Clothing is not responsible for any injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from the use or wear of rented garments or accessories.
• Customers assume full responsibility for the proper care, safekeeping, and timely return of all rented items during the rental period.

12. Authorization

By placing a rental order, the customer authorizes Renteé Clothing to charge the payment method on file for any applicable late fees, damage fees, specialized cleaning fees, replacement costs, or other charges incurred in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

13. Agreement

By renting from Renteé Clothing, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
